Vishwakarma University Admissions

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, Vishwakarma University has enabled the provisional admission for the students. By completing this procedure, you can seek provisional admission to VU (for the programme selected) for the academic year 2022 – 2023. Submission of this online form will enable your account with Vishwakarma University’s ERP System.  

How to apply offline?

• Visit the Counseling and Admissions office of VU at Kondhwa in Pune.
• Obtain the concerned course brochure.
• Apply for the provisional admission at the admissions office by filling the provisional admission form.
• Carry and attach the photocopies of required documents with the provisional admissions form and submit it to the admissions office.

How to apply online?

• Visit the official institute website (www.vupune.ac.in) and click on the link ‘Secure Provisional Admission’.
• The students must fill the relevant basic and educational details and upload all the required documents. The entrance exam scores for the relevant courses also must be entered wherever asked.
• After filling the form, the students must pay either INR 10000 or INR 25000 depending on the course for provisional admission.

After the application forms are submitted to the admissions office either by offline or online mode, a counseling round is arranged for the students according to a merit list.
