RRBMU Scholarships
RRBMU provides scholarships every year to candidates belonging to reserved categories as well as meritorious candidates. Some scholarships are also provided on the basis of the candidate’s financial background, economic status, category etc. Candidates can also avail scholarships offered by state or central government. Below mentioned are the few:
- Post Matric Scholarship for SBC students, Rajasthan: Students of the special backward section who are pursuing any undergraduate or postgraduate degree with annual family income less than INR 1,08,000 can apply for this scholarship. The scholarship covers maintenance allowance, book allowance, fees, study-tour allowances etc.
- Dr. Ambedkar Post Matric Scholarship for EBC Students, Rajasthan: The scholarship is offered to the students of the EWS candidates of general category with annual family income less than INR 1,00,000. The scholarship covers maintenance allowance, book allowance, compulsory fees, study-tour allowances etc.
- Ambedkar Fellowship Scheme for SC Students, Rajasthan: The scholarship is available to the SC category students pursuing a PhD with annual income of the family less than INR 2,50,000. Candidates are provided a stipend of INR 15,000 per month under this scheme.
- Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students: The scholarship is given to meritorious students of the university belonging to financially weaker sections. Up to INR 20,000 per annum till the completion of the course is awarded under this scheme.
