- Download the registration form from the official website of the University.
- Take the printout of the form and send it in an envelope along with the demand draft of INR 700 as an application fee.

- Library: The central library houses more than 169899 books and over 4,500 CD-ROMs and subscribes to more than 95 National and International Journals/ Magazines.
- Laboratory: GLA University has a total of 157 well-equipped labs where the students get hands-on experience with various emerging technologies for a better understanding of the concepts.
- Conference Hall: GLA University has the capacity to host 3800+ people in 13 auditoriums and Seminar Complexes. The auditorium and conference halls are equipped with sound systems, projectors, and green rooms and are air-conditioned to cater to the needs of audiences.
- Lecture Theaters: GLA University has 227 classrooms which are built like an amphitheatre so that the teacher can give equal attention to all the students. 65 of these are tutorial rooms. All these classrooms are Air-Conditioned.
- Hostel: Separate hostels for boys and girls are provided along with facilities such as security, mess and indoor games like TT, carom, chess, Television, etc.
